A Life Lived For Him

What if we choose to be more than good, what if we choose to be His?

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. 1 Corinthians 6:20 ESV

What if instead of trying to live a Godly life, we lived our lives for God.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 ESV

We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin. For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin. And since we died with Christ, we know we will also live with him. Romans 6:6-8 NLT

The world has yet to see what God can do with someone completely surrendered to him.

The surrendered life is a front row seat to the nature and character of God Himself.

Following Jesus completely allows us to see His compassion more clearly.

In the meantime, the disciples pressed him, "Rabbi, eat. Aren't you going to eat?” He told them, "I have food to eat you know nothing about.” The disciples were puzzled. "Who could have brought him food?"
