God Through Us
What I love most about Christmas is that’s is all about Immanuel God with us.
The Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’). Isaiah 7:14 NLT
The capacity to care about people the way God cares about people is a clear sign that Immanuel is not only God with us, but also God through us.
What is the price of two sparrows, one copper coin? But not a single sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows. Matthew 10:29-31 NLT
God has proven with action that we are of immeasurable worth.
For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16-17 NLT

In the same region there were shepherds out in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. Immanuel came to be God with us and God through us!
The ultimate cause for every Christ follower has to be the cause of Christ!
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost. Luke 19:10 ESV
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. John 13:34 ESV
If God loved us like this, we certainly ought to love each other. No one has seen God. But if we love one another, God dwells deeply within us, and his love becomes complete in us. 1 John 4:11-12 MSG
The great compassionate commission has no expiration date.
This is the way to have eternal life, to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth. John 17:3 NLT
A real relationship with Jesus will result in redemption, restoration and healing for any heart!
