Sometimes Jesus asks us to shift our perspective. We've been asking the Lord to increase our reach to the lost and hurting world. An opportunity has opened for us to move our main location into the facility at 1930 Castle Hayne Road - which will simultaneously increase our capacity, reach and impact on the Wilmington area.

The Investment
We are asking you, the Legacy Team, to partner with us to make this vision a reality. Our target is to move into the new space and have our first service on March 5, 2023 but that is dependent on sufficient funding to begin the lease. We have an opportunity for a matching donation 2 to 1 up to $250,000.

First Month's rent ($10,000)Already provided by a legacy team member- Security Deposit ($10,000)
- Four Months of Rent ($40,000) We hope not to need this but we will still be in our current lease and want to be wise about taking on a new bill. Our current landlord is amazingly willing to let us out of our current lease when another tenant is ready and there is a good market for our 6934 Market Street space
- Moving Costs ($10,000) Costs associated with moving our signage, and any small upfits/equipment we may need. The space is nearly turn key!
- Children's Area Upfit ($10,000) Not required for move-in but a top priority is to add a bathroom in the children's area for safety purposes.
- Brand-new worship and livestream technology and cafe equipment ($250,000) State of art equipment is already installed and is valued at $300,000+
